This Privacy Policy explains how the CricLive mobile application ("the App") handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identity information.
The App works fully offline. When you score a match, or use the "Sync" feature, your match and tournament data (including the team names and player names you type) and your anonymous device identifier are sent to our backend server so the data can be backed up, restored, and followed live.
Please note that live matches are public. While a match is being scored, it may appear in the App's public "Live Matches" list and can be viewed by anyone who opens the shareable match link in a web browser. The team names, player names and scores you enter are visible to those viewers. Do not enter information you consider private as team or player names if you do not want it to be publicly visible.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Data stored on your device is removed when you delete a match or uninstall the App. To request deletion of any data backed up to our server, contact us at the email below with your device identifier (shown in the App's Settings screen) and we will delete the associated records.
The App is a general-audience sports utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
